This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of TrendMind ("Developer", "we", "us") for the use of the TrendMind mobile and desktop application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control.
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the App or any portion of it.

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move against your position rapidly and substantially.
• Algorithm Risk: No trading algorithm guarantees profits. The Chandelier Exit + EMA strategy used by TrendMind has periods of underperformance and drawdown. Past backtest results do not predict or guarantee future live trading performance.
• Execution Risk: Market orders may be filled at prices different from the last observed price (slippage). In illiquid markets, the actual fill price may differ significantly.
• Technology Risk: The App may experience bugs, crashes, connectivity failures, or unexpected behavior. These issues could result in missed signals, duplicate orders, or failure to exit positions.
• API Key Risk: If your Binance API Key is compromised, unauthorized parties may be able to trade on your account. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure.
• Exchange Risk: Binance may experience downtime, API changes, regulatory actions, or insolvency. TrendMind has no control over Binance's operations.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency trading may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING:

• Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any market data, signals, or results produced by the App.
• Any warranty that the App will generate profits or that any particular strategy will be profitable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
• Any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any losses arising from reliance on signals, recommendations, or calculations produced by the App.
• Any losses arising from third-party services (Binance, Telegram, Firebase) used by or in connection with the App.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TrendMind is a software tool. Nothing in the App, its documentation, or any associated materials constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. The App's signals are generated mechanically by a rule-based algorithm and do not account for your personal financial situation, investment goals, or risk tolerance.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before engaging in any trading activity.

You agree that you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users' use of the App.
• Not use the App to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading activities.
• Be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permissions required to use the App in your jurisdiction.

The App defaults to Binance Testnet (paper trading mode). To activate Live trading, you must explicitly provide a Live API Key in Settings. You are solely responsible for any and all trades placed when Live mode is enabled.

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the App but does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

The Developer may also update the App itself at any time, which may change the App's functionality, behavior, or strategy logic. We recommend reviewing the release notes for any update before allowing it to continue managing live positions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
